hi guari,
if your kid is active, happy, not loosing weight nothing to worry.in the first year a baby will triple her wieght for ex a baby born with 3.5kg will become 10.5 kg.and fater that growth become very slow and by the end of the 2nd year she will gain a maximum of just 3kg only..so rather than frequently checkinh her wieght..check it at the end of 2 nd year.growth occours in patterns one month she will increase her the next month she wont...dont you worry..
what you can do regarding her wieght is just keep giving nutritous food thats it...
in 2nd year give her a pint or 500ml of formula( i strongly suggest formula milk because it has all the vit/minerals required for the growth) if you use cows milk except calccium it is a ver poor source of other vitamins) for example in lactogen 3 500ml of it supplies
ca-500mg
iron-6mg
vit b12-0.7mcg
zn-2.5mg
choline
biotin
chloride
iodine..all required for proper mental and physiucal development
i suggest lactogen 3(this is my view)
my feeding schedule for my baby would be when he enters 2nd year is
6am-150 ml formula
8am-idly/upma/bread/uthapam
11am-white rice with veg like peas/rajma/beans/spinach/potato/sweet potato/ carrot + 2tbsp of amul ghee
2pm- fruit(APPLE/banana/guava/orange/avocado/pears
4pm- 150 ml of lactogen3
6.30pm-curd rice/oatmeal/chappati/puri
10 pm-210 ml of lactogen3

water-500 ml in a day
salt-sparingly
sugar-sparingly
oil for cooking-Canola oil/olive
oil/groundnut oil
this would be ny menu table
