hi all...yesterday i bought avocado for my 10 months old baby..it was soft however today in the morning when i cut it it was little yellowish in the colour ..I tried giving him but he didn' t like it at all (even I tasted it and it was tasteless)..can anybody tell me how it shud be given so that he can take it easily

Hi

I would not suggest mango until baby is atleast 1 year since baby can get loose motions easily

other things are fine

Hi,

My son loves it with banana,pappaya, chikku, mango.. I add sweet lime/orange juice some times. Mix it with some vitamine C fruit for better nutrition obsorption.

Yes you can keep it in fridge and use it the next day, no probs in that

after he is 1 yr instead of sugar you can switch to honey, but ensure the honey it authentic, and not dabur honey, dabur honey has got granuales of surgar and jarggery melted in it

Dear sonia

I take a small quater of the avocado, it is soft and yellowish, i make formula milk by adding two sppons of milk in water and add this in avocado and a little sugar for sweetness and blend it in a mixie, the smoothness of the juice is a little thick not very thick like milkshake but thin its alittle thicker than formula milk so you can add water to make it to running consistency, sieve it and put it in a bottle you can give him upto 180 ml

surely he will enjoy the drink
