My 3rd IVF attempt resulted in miscarraige after 5 wks. Its been 3 months. I have PCOS. docs told me to lose weight. What exercises to do after miscarraige. Is stepper ok or too strenuous. I know walking they say is the best. I get lazy to go out. Also any diet plans? Can I do KapaalBhaati Pranayam in Yoga as it puts pressure on uterus? Also any good yoga teacher in delhi? What yoga asanas I shud do and what to avoid?
