Trying since long:Low sperm count! What to do???

What is the best approach for a low sperm count? My hubby' s sperm count is 3 mio and and IUI was done on me. The results are yet to come.. But nevertheless, I want to know what is the best mode of treatment for a low sperm count! If not IUI, then what? Will IUI help?

rati wadhwa replied. V had a similar problem.if the count is less then 30ml then IUI is useless .Then go for IVF .If less then 5 ml then ICSI.Rem. no medicine ayurveda or otherwise can help u .They can increase the count marginally not do wonders.Do not waste time & money just go for ICSI .U will have positive result .I am sugessting u from my case.All the best MG replied. As for low sperm count Ayruveda is best. As mentioned by Archana -Himalaya Speman is very good. Also ask ur hubby to eat 2-3 dates early in the morning.
Soak 1 inch pc of Cinnamon stick in 1cup water overnight and boil it in the morning & let him drink it hot half an hour before brkfast and just before bed time with 1tsp of honey. It really helps.

i think it is good the only thing ur hubby has to follow is be celibate for atleast 15 days then it works do not take any sour and spicy items.
