Foetal Growth Movements:19th Week (fetal movements)

Hi,
This is my first pregnancy and I'm in my 19th week. I didn't find any fetal movements as of yet and this is worrying me a lot. Whch week do we usually feel the movements. Please advice.

Dear Lakshmi,

Congratulations on your pregnancy:-)

Fetal movement can be felt between week 16 to week 26. By and large girls feel start to feel them around week 20-week22.
This is first pregnancy and it's likely that you will not feel them for week 22-week24. These two weeks are due to your inability to make out first tiny/weak movements of fetus. Once you get used to you will notice them each time.

Should these words not put your mind at ease then give a call to your care giver and ask S/he about the same.

A friendly advise would be join month club, I think you expect in November, join the girls there and share your day to day concern and get benefit from others experience.
