I am shri from Bangalore 25yrs and husband 31.

We started planning since one year and no luck.

5 Months back we started taking doctors advice from KORAMANGALA Appolo.We did all basics routing test and all normal.Semen analysis also proved to be normal twice.

Doctor suggested Fertyl(Upto 100mg),Humog,Huhog which we tried to 4 months along with Folicullar scanning.---- NO LUCK

During the treatment all the times there was only one dominant follicle which reached max 21mm.The periods are 28-31 normal always.

Doctor says we need to try IUI.We are unable to take a decision on this.We would certainly like to know what exaclty the problem is.Is it somehting to do with the Track,or Sperm,Or some antibodies.

We would like to know is there a experienced Doc in this field near BTM.

Shri Madhu replied. GUNASHEELA IVF CENTRE , BANGALORE ana replied. i did IUI with dr. meenaskshi barat of CART clinic in rajajinagar in banglore. she charged 5500/- per cycle......i think that is a bit much but all fertility treatment is expensive.

i can really understand what u r going through what i would like to suggest is why dont u take a 2nd opinion of a seniour fertility expert and then proceed because all docs have a diffrenet approach to many probs also he may ask u to go for a counselling sessions like how to deal if a failure happens or may be ...if it takes some more tries etc...
no harm i beleive as a seniour docs diagnosis always helps spcly as he is exposed to a variety of patients ...and various methods too...
at times i have seen many couples with everything absolutly fine failed to conceive for yrs ..all tratment failed and they stopped everything went in for a holiday ... and lo she conceived ..
so have faith its jsut a matter of time an most of all be positive

From the history described, you are really lucky and you dont have any problems - means all your reports are normal!!! Congrats on that first!

Second, what is the real problem? Why are u not able to conceive despite the fact that all reports say is something that is a big surprise.. they say, some infertility cases are undetected and may be you may fall into this.. so it is better that u go in for an IUI and request your doc to do it even if there is no foreseen infertility problems!! IUI is successful for all those with no fallopian tube blockage, or good sperm count and regular ovulation! Happy luck and lotsa baby dust on you!!!
