in many hospitals theystart using diapers from the very first day but they take very good care like changing diapers after evry 3-4 hr is must as per my knowledge and experience .

so it depends upon the need also if not in much needthen cotton nappies are best but as \" hi\" said in nights its better forboth parents and kid to put diaperas a kid can sleeps nicely ...one reason of kids waking up in night is bed wetting also wet bed makes them uncomfortable so they cry and parents also wake up then kids take ltl time to sleep back .

any brand is good if it suits the baby so many brands in market now days pampers,huggies,maman,cutie etc etc
so first try then start using further.bye
best of luck hi replied. if u r in india..iytz too hot now..so plz plz use cloth nappaies for 2 more months untill the climate changes n avoid going out for long for few days...if u r outside india n the climate iz ok u can start using sdiapers right frm the first day....i will say pampers iz gud...but i have heard some babies get rashes frm pampers...try with test pack n go for it if baby iz fine after using it for 3 days...plz dunt use nappy pads..itz very uncomfotbale for the baby during day.can use it at night bcuz they wunt move their legs..bcuz the side cover in appy pad iz too stiff which will b uncomfortable for the baby.
