try ayurveda as mentioned by madhu...another thing if ur husbands body heat is high try this....sit in a tub filled with water or swimming pool for abt 45 mins each day...it helps a lot....one of my friends had good results from this

Facts I know and believe in due to personal experience-

Ayurvedic medicine helps, take a consultation always.MEDICATIONS NEED TO BE TAKEN FOR 3 MONTHS ,So have to avoid intercourse or IUI/IVF.Iam not a believer in any medicine other than allopathy but it did work for us greatly , improved both motility and the good morphology forms.

2. Take selenium , zinc, manganese ,Co Q containing supplements available over the counter.Also L-carnitor 500 Supplements.

3. Consult a good male infertility specialist to rule out varicocele by scan/doppler, correctable cause with minor surgery.He can also help regarding the above drug supplements

4.IUI DOES HELP .
IVF IS THE BEST OPTION for low sperm motility.
