Don't worry anjali, this is just a phase and you will get over it soon. My son is 7 mths old now. Due to some problem i could not feed him for more than a month. I was really depressed and felt helpless. But i soon got over it. How old is your baby? Just think in terms that you baby has now grown and is no longer dependent on you. I hope this helps.
Take care
Sonu

thanks for replying, sonu. my daughter is now 6 n half months...i quit breastfeeding thinking six months is good enough but then i changed my mind and wanted to feed more but the milk supply has gone down....so i feel really bad that i didn't continue even when everything was going so well....i guess i will have to live with that guilt for a while.
