Subject:  Increasing Sperm Count for Men

Hi,

I am a native of Kerala and I have read some home as well as ayurvedic remedies related to increasing sperm count. These were remedies prescribed to newly married couples years ago.

Firstly let me assume that everyone have access to a Drum Stick tree. I know majority of us live in Metros where you hardly find a tree next door. Lets keep that aside now.

Take the raw drums stick leaves, wash it thoroughly. Grind the same and mix it with warm milk. Make sure the men drink one glass of it before sleep and before going to bed ( this is not a stimuli, please do not mistake it. However it does act on the long run) and one early morning in empty stomach.

Secondly add drumstick to your diet, if not daily at least alternate days. This way the couple can have it. You will be surprised to see the medicinal qualities that tree and its fruits have. Even the bark of that tree has medicinal effect.

This is something simple and easy to do at home and I am sure there wont be any side effects. If people find it difficult to go to a doc they can follow this.

Conceiving is God' s gift and it will happen at the right time. We humans have no control on it as science has not yet found how to create a human out of a pill.

My wife got pregnant even before we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary. I was not prepared to become a father soo soon as I thought we needed to be free birds for sometime before we have one. We used to follow the natural contraceptive. Our daughter was the outcome of a miscalculated period date. I believe this happened because God wanted it that way. Else we would also have ended up not having kids for a long time saying we are planning for the right time. My spouse and myself were 27 years old when we tied a knot after a long 3 year of courtship.

My daughter is going to be 4 now. seeing her I really regret my thoughts of not having a baby. Also my spouse is blessed with the second one as she is in her 4th month now. This again we had a long argument. She wanted the second child and I only wanted one. So I kept post ponding even after my spouse took the copper T out. Here again it was God' s decision as we had to make love without any contraceptive on a day when the two of us could not resist. Actually I could not resists as my spouse was always ready for the 2nd child, but I used to refrain from it when they were no condoms.

So to all folks. Don' t worry a lot. Live a healthy life. Exercise and do yoga, both you husbands and wifes. You need to take that extra effort to push your body into some kind of physical activity. Else we will lose health for wealth and when you are old you will lose your wealth for health. Control your anger and love each other. Don' t bring your office to home and don' t compare others to your spouse and kids.

Remember this 10/90 rule.

10% of your life is made of things that you have no control off.

Remaining 90% of your life is made of how you react to those 10% of your life.

The traffic jams, office pressures etc.. are all something which you can' t control. Don' t spoil your entire day reacting to it.

You will be happy the moment you decide to be happy. You will only fail and be depressed because you decided to be that way. So cheer up ladies and gentlemen. Live life King size. Hope I did not bore you with this long e-mail.

Believe me it works.

Try and be a good son/daughter , husband/wife, dad/mom friend/colleague and make yourself better as a person day after day.

Regards,

One of my friend' s hubby' s serm count was less than 20%. She told me that doctor gave her hubby injections to use for three cycles to increase sperm count and to try naturally as my friend has no defect at all. In the first cycle they failed But in the 2nd cycle itself she cocieved and gave birth 2 a gal child . But u should immediately contact doctor who will guide u .

why you want to wait till it becomes normal??.Try doing IUI with artificial insamination.I don' t have much knowledge about improving the sperm count or quality, but I know it will take more time or may not come to normal. But feel glad that it is not 0.Atleast he has sperms you can try other options.
Lot of love.
