u get this special ..badam called memory ..or some people say mamri badam...
its flat in shape n bitter in taste..n bit expensive ..1,500 per kg...
but this is special for small kids ...n good for brain...
but u can afford it easily...i take 100 gm...n it last for a month ..i gv 1/4th daily....
take this almonds....powder it in mixie ...store it in air tight container...but it should be clean n completely dry ...never use wet spoon ..even the mixie that u grind should be dry...n clean....
whtever u have to grind for ur baby...grind in container which u hv never used for chutneys..or for preparing normal ...daily stuff...
n almond powder doesnt turn out to be very dry ..its little wet...coz almonds contains oil..no need to worry about it...
i take this powder...little oatmeal...or ragi powder...mix with milk....cook ..n feed her...
