very good ...infact u can increase little more quantity of almonds powder...
also i wud like to tell u about the type of almonds u gv...u get this special almonds...called mamri or memory badam...which looks flat n taste bitter...its very costly..1,500 per kg...take 100gms powder it ..store it in clean dry containers...it will last for a month.....its very good for brains....
i dont know about cashewnut ..i hv never given...but try to gv this badam early morning....
nachni powder u get in any grocery shop....u go n tell him u want nachni satva...or nachni powder...it come with sugar n without sugar ...i gv without sugar....

take say 1/4th tsp ...nachni powder...take one vati milk....mix it properly...so that there are no lumps...cook it till it becomes lil thick ..but not very thick...consis should be little thick than milk initially...put lil powder almonds...

after some time u can gv water...to avoid constipation...say about 15 ..20 mins...

again i wud like to remind u about khimti...dry properly after washing rice ...n dal....or else it will get spoilt...u cant store it for a long ...if possible u can sun dry also....

in short find out what she eats...n be pateint she will eat ..started even my daughter use to do the same thing all the time she wanted milk...n i startred solids after she completed 6 months....
u can try khimti ..n nachni kanji...
u take equal quatity of rice n moong dal...wash it properly...let it dry completely....when its completely dry...dry roast it on tava...till it changes it colour to pinkk dont burn it ..or ur daguhter wont eat...
then grind it to powder in mixie..store it in clean dry container...daily take 1 tsp full of this powder cook it in water n gv her..u can add salt n ghee to it...this is called khimti..

just like my daughter...
people use to advise me gv this gv that to her...but on this board only i learnt .. that for a year most imp food for the baby should be milk...so dont worry ....
even i use to get tensed listening to every1 advise...
i still gv my daughter this....
early morning say half vati oatmeal cooked in milk....
afternoon say 11.30 or 12 ....khimti...that is moong dal n rice khichdi sort of but of thin consistency but not watery also...
evening i around 5...5.30pm i gv her nachni kanji....then at night i gv her khimti again....
quantity is same...say half vati...except in afternnon khimti i add pure ghee n i gv her full vati...coz that is her playing time..
inbetween she depends on milk...
once i reach home i start with bf...im working....
now she is back to normal...touchwood no probs with her stools...her weight too has increased again...
we gv her fruits n veg in form of finger foods...n sometimes i gv her fruit milkshake...and dal ka pani...or i will add any veg to after khimti.....
in short i gv her solids strictly 4 times....my daughter is 10 months still if i try to make the consistency of kanji n khimti little thick she wont like it...
but she eats fingers foods properly...like chopped fruits ...boiled veg like carrot n beet...i cut into thin long peices n gv it to her...she eats...i gv her rice bhakri too...just gv her in hand ..she will eat...
now i hv stopped worrying about what she eats ..let her wat whatever she likes ...as long as she is healthy , active n putting on weight...
