where can i get prune juice in blr? thanks mamma replied. dear aks try the fol.for constipation.take some mota chawal(red rice)and boil it very well pref in a cooker until u can mash it with ur hands.then remove some rice only from it(arnd 1 tbspn) to it add some curds and any veg soup(clear water of any veg like cabbage or palak boiled with a bit salt n water only)both in equal qty, add a drop pf pure ghee.add sugar if u havent started sweetless food.put it 2 blender to get d req.consistency u may add a bit of dal water too.and feed him let the food b warm,i hope it works. it did work for our son.hope ur kid will b allright soon.try feeding him carrot puree alone this will also work also give him 1-2 tbspns of warm water once a day atleast.keep informing us abt ur son' s imrovement,take care,bye. anita replied.
