We are based in Uk.Baby born in Uk,who is 3 months old ,had travelled to India.
Baby gets breast + Bottle feeds but mainly the later one.
We have taken milk from UK but even after using mineral water ,which is avilable in India, baby is having loose motions ,spoken to Pediatrian ,he is of belief that it' s due to Water....any advice ? Anybody got a similar experince to share ?

Any thoughts will be a great help.

Hello thr,

I also went to India with my 2 1/2 month old daughter. She was only Breastfed then. Later(when she was 3months old) I tried to introduce formula SMA Gold(taken from UK). But she got a very bad allergy. Rash on entire body and vomitings. I dared not try that again. Now I am back here and my baby is on breast milk only.

Looks like even tht could be because of water only but I am very scared. Going to see the doctor soon.

Hope things work out for u.... Whr r u guys located??????

All the best
Shelly

Hi,

I too travelled with my 2 1/2 month son to india. My son was born in UK and fell sick . Pls do not use mineral water as there is no sanctity of the mineral water being pure. The doctor advised me on using boiled water. Boil the water for 20 mins and store it in a flask and use that watre for feeds. Touchwood after that my baby has been absolutely fine. Hope this helps..
