Dear Vidhu,
feeling nervous is absolutely normal after long fertility treatments and failure. You should howevere keep it relaxed for another 3-4 weeks. I don't know how but your calculation seems incorrect of 5 weeks 2 days, nonetheless not a huge problem as you are yet to establish pregnancy.

Establishing pregnancy means having heard fetal heart along with increasing levels of hCG and stabilizing progesterone..
I would recommend you to repeat sonogram in 3 more weeks and confirm it all for once.

thanks for replying...Shld i ask my dr how is this weeks calculated?? Also she asked me to come this sat for heart beat. Just wanted to know is my pregnancy confirmed. I have informed my parents & inlaws abt me pregnant.
Also my dr has put me on HCG injections and Susten tablets since she confirmed...So how wd she make sure that my body is also producing HCG & Progestrone...
Kindly clarify...
