Hi Archi and all,
this is viju. I had posted some messages before. I will repeat my history again in brief..

I hv PCOS. Its been 1.3 years we r on TTC. 1st i took 50mg clomid and i responded (means follicles grown up to 22mm). But i didnt ovulate with HGC injection. It formed a cyst and i was on BPC for one month.

In my next cycle i took clomid 25mg. I didnt respond.. There were multiple follicles of small size( less than 10mm). This time i took clomid 100 mg. I am going for follicle monitoring. looks like this month is again going to be unsuccussful. Today is my 12th day. On my 9th day there were 2 follicles of 10mm and 12mm. Today also the size is same.i.e. 12mm..

Archi, My question is, is this trial and error method is the only solution for pcos patients?? In the 1st month i had responded for 50mg clomid. But this month i am not responding for 100 mg. Why it is happening Archi? Wat is d further solution? I am really scared and depressed too... Pls reply Archi and others.

1st thing thanks for your wishes to my pregnancy in the other post.
And coming to this message, i really ask you not to worry for this...U know why...I also have PCOS which was diagnosed 1.5 yrs back...I went to a dr and she had put me in clomid starting with 100 mg and when checked, found that i dint respond at all. Then she increased the dosage till 250 mg slowly by taking 5 cycles...I did not respond to clomid in any of these cycles. i was really disheartened at that moment when i heard abt it...
Then i changed the dr and was put in letrazol tablets for which i responded...It took me 8 cycles of Letrazol to suceed...So dont lose hope...I guess Dr wud try with various dosage of Clomid for ovulation...Be relaxed and u wud definitely suceed...
