Varsha,
your spouse needs to see a urologist to improve motility. If it's close to 40-50% with bearing normal count and structure then you may opt for ovulation inducer otherwise failure is more likely than success.

would not recommend IUI today and won't know cost, you will have to find from local people, sorry.
