It feels a little agonizing to say because you don't want to hear this still I have to be fair than irrational or driven emotionally.

If all is fine with your treatment and you respond to each of the Letrazol cycle and that your spouse bears healthy sperm counts, no structural deformities or sluggishness then you should be conceiving in any of the cycles.

At the same time as much sperm nature and activity is important that much a nature of egg is important. Many times one ovulate but the quality is not the best for fertilization and that' why even for regularly ovulating girls it can take as long as a year to get pregnant though they have chance with best sperm in whole world. Quality of egg cant be ruled out because ovulation takes place and so far techniques does not allow to judge the egg quality as much one can estimate sperm quality through microscopic and physiological analysis.

Vidhu, you want me to say that you taking a break from medical follow ups would be fine. I can't just say that. For me it sounds your case is more complicated from stress and some unexplained fertility factors. Because you will be on letrazol and knows ovulating you will have no less stress than otherwise you will have from follow up visits at your Drs. office.

I can't comment strongly on whether you should avoid visiting Drs. office or not. Also to me taking ovulation inducers without monitoring follicular phase is just not easy to allow. This means you choose whats best in your view.

I wish you very best luck and hope break will cause less stress and adds to chances. I have feeling one day when you give up you will find success like many couples I know experienced, thats hard way to learn but you will know how much negative impact stress has on ttc process.

Even I am suffering from anovulation. And I hope and pray some day I will succeed
