I have been suffering from PCOS before my marriage.I was on birth control pill until marriage(for 1 yr). But after marriage i am trying to become pregnant but i couldn't. Still i have mild PCOS & i am on treatment with SIPHENE, METMORPHIN & FOLLIC ACID tablets for the past 3 months but still i am not able become pregnant. I too lost my weight a lot.My husband's sperm count is 80. We are living in US. Will u give an better idea...PLS... for us....Is there any specialist in TamilNadu...

your treatment is fine.
Also for a healthy couple it could take a year or long to conceive, given that you have PCOS it would take longer than a year or hit success in a few trials.

Because you have only tried for 3 cycles you should not be dishearted. Also make sure you are not stressing yourself over baby issue, which will delay the success.
