Hi Hetal... Welcome back

U know truly... U bring life to this board.How r Neerja and the little one. They must b keeping u on ur toes.but its so satisfying to see azur two kids together.
Sanah is fine except that her eating tantrums still continue.any new tips will be a blessing.I got junior horlicks for adding to her milk but the packing says its not for kids below 2 years. What else can we add to her milk .she is 20 months.How can i use ragi for her.

Its that recently I found my 8 yr old son is sweating on his palms like my husband did few yrs back(still at times he does) Is it a symptom for something?Please clarify.My son also grinds his teeth in sleep.HE is a lean boy 124cm in height & 24kg in weight.
One more thing on which i wud like to have a word form u is....A month or two back .. me & both my kids were cured of our prolonged cold & prod.cough after taking Sitopladi (AYURVADIC) with honey.Now again Sahil has some cold & blocked nose. I repeated the same.but whenever i miss it after 5-6 doses. I feel it is still thereHow long shud i continue that?.. & is it fine to use these meds in summer( I mean are' nt these hot).
