Hey Archie,

Hope you and your lil ones are doin fine. I just wanted to know from you that is it ok to do jazzercise during the luteal phase as it involves lot of jumping? Also, you must have read my old msg abt my periods coming after a delay of 10 days. I wanted to know from you that since i had taken clomid the previous two mths and had stopped the mth i got my periods late..cud tht have caused my periods to be delayed as i have never had my periods so late in the past 19 mths...pls help me understand this.

I don't recommend serious exercise in luteal phase besides routine chores and walking. I am sure for some even cross strainers won't mater or running won't matter but things go case by case and one should be cautious than sorry.

If you missed period for 10 days on clomid then two possibilities clomid di not work or you might have experience some sort of miscarriage, I know this could be scary and worrisome statement for you.

If your periods are regular and you are in healthy weight then leave your concerns aside and enjoy intimacy without expectations. This might help get you pregnant.

If you have been trying over a year then have you tested your spouse semen before trying to put you on clomid?

Thanks for your help. Actually the month my periods got delayed by 10 days was the month in which I did not take clomid. I had taken clomid the months before that and i had my periods on time infact clomid had made my cycle short the previous mth. So since I did not take clomid in Oct I was due on the 19th Oct and my periods came on 29th Oct. I was wondering why this hapnd and spoke to my RN and she said that maybe I ovulated late..is it possible? Also I have got all possible check ups done for me and my husband both. My hubby's sperm analysis has been done and is excellent. I am so confused as to why I am not able to conceive even after taking clomid and I was for sure ovulating and i also ovulate naturally. My doc has done progesterone level test many times and it has always been higher than 14 when i am ovulating naturally. My tubes are also fine had got HSG done and when i was starting clomid my doc even checked my FSH and LH levels and they both are normal. I am normal weight too. do u still think i cud have had a miscarriage archie? thanks for your help once again archie.
