Hi ladies,

I Am really scared pls help me, My situation is as follows, pls help me understand it:-
I had taken clomid in the month of Aug and Sept and my periods had become shorter due to that i.e. earlier i used to have a 31-32 days cycle but with clomid i had 26-27 days cycle. My last cycle was on 18th Sept (first day of my period).This month (Oct) I did not take clomid at all and left it naturally. As per my doc my periods wud come if i don't conceive as they used to before i.e. 31-32 days cycle. So as per that I was due on 19th Oct. Now the situation is that I have not yet had my periods and there was no spotting too. Infact just a couple of days before I was due I was having the normal symptoms of periods but they haven't come as yet and I am not having any pregnancy symptom. Also I did a HPT today (first Response brand) and it came negative. I am so scared and confused as to what exactly is happening with me. One thing more important is that in the past 18 months of my cycles I have never been delayed by more than 1 or 2 days max. This time its a week. If my test is negative does that mean I am not pregnant for sure if yes than why am I not having my periods and if no then how come I am not having any symptoms of preg or why did my HPT come -ve? Please help me guys I really need your support rt now. Sorry for such a long message.

i told my story to u. that happened before 4-5 months.. That time i was not taking clomid. I just started clomid last month.

and for ur second question, no. i didnt get a bloodtest done to check for pregnancy. My gyn put her fingure in my vegina to check it. ( i dont know how they come to know weather some one is pregnant or not by this methid) after this she gave me a tab Deviry for 5days. i got my period 2days after stopping the tab.

dont worry dear.. everything will be fine.
The same thing has happened with me also 4-5 months back. My cycle lenth is normally 32-33 days. That time i didnt get periods for one week. I took HPT, it came -ve. So directly i went to my doc. She tested me and she was also confused and asked me to wait for another one week. after that i took HPT again. But the result was -ve.

Again i went to hosp. my doc gave me a tab DEVIRY to induce my periods and she put me on metformin. After that again my periods r normal..

I am not discorraging u dear.Just shared my story. u wait for some days and go for blood test.

When did you do the test?Before the periods or after?
Don't worry sometimes it comes -ve.Try using Confirm Clearly its a gud brand in fact I used 1st response I got -ve later the same day I used CCly it came +ve.If you have no symptoms of getting periods,Go ahead and check it.
