Hello Hetal...
My baby boy is 5 month old now. Since he turned 4 months old, I' ve been giving him 2 to 4 tbsps of rice cereal two times a day mixed with 2 scoops of formula and probaby 2 or 3 oz of water. Last week, i' ve introduced Gerber banana and applesauce to his diet. He is a very slow eater and hence doesnt show much interest in any of them. He was 6 lbs and 11 oz at birth and was 14 lbs and 5 oz on his 4 month visit .I' m not sure how well I' m doing regarding his diet...What else could I be giving him now ? I read lots of things like moong dal,raagi etc mentioned in the other posts and I' m totally confused as to what I should shouldnt be feeding him at this point. I would appreciate it if I can have a detailed diet chart for my baby for the coming few months. Thanks soo much in advance...
