Dear Hetal,

I am very closely following your advise. I have started most of the vegetables except for pototo & lauki and couple of fruits to go. As my son is going to be 9 months I need your advise on the following.
1) What else I can offer him.
2)His weight gain has come down.. is it because I started offering him more vegetables & fruits. looks like I lost balance of cereals, fruits,& vegetables. Can you please give me some high calorie diet.(His Birth weight was 2.9kgs & current weight is 8.96kgs).
3)Right now I am using gerber barley & oat for him. I want to move towards homemade food. Could you please guide me how to make home made cereals.
