hi ,

have a glass of full cream milk with one or two bananas daily . Your weight is sure to go up . Have paneer made from full cream milk - one small slice daily- raw . You should also try working out in a gym & perform weight training . It will surely tone your body up . All the best !

Hi there,
ur on the same boat as me n ive just gained some weight but losing weight cuz am too busy with uni. try eating bags of crisp with rice and curry, each meal. and try having a nap straight after uve eating!!! sounds bad and weird it worked for me.

well some of us have ussually reach our ultimate weigth gain but if u eat rite and do more exercises ......carry weigths...jog alot ...u should be fine ..........well go to the gym......eat more rice in d nite if u want to be fatter but not advisable though......eat alot of protein for muscle fish..........u c d thing is u dun wana be fat but it be good if u had a good body........work out........it helps.............
