hi,
am 22 years old and i've a big belly and am not fat and this make me shy n I can't wear certain tops becuase this make my belly very obvious.What should I do?Am doing excercises for more than a month and I didn't notice any change.I'd like to reduce it in a short time.so is there is any solution?

hey
i kind of have the same problem try to get a hold of some pilates core strengthening moves those really help and do LOTS of cardio because muscle burns more calories once you build the muscle you have to shake off the fat so do running swimming or any aerobic activity

because i am obsessed about working out on my tummy and i am sore almost everyday because i work it so hard but hey i get to wear all the cute short tops so its worth it keep smiling

well do u drink liqour.........cuz if u do u beeter not anymore or maebe cut down......i m sorry i made dat judment if u dun i will take it back.....well if u want to flatter tummy.....u should do 90 degree crunches.....lie down pick up ur leg and sorta bend ur knee den wen u crunch make u squeeze ur stomach muscle.......remember to look up and make a spot on d wall and not to change u dun have to go up totally beats d purpose only untill where u cn .......juz do abt 30 everydae........remember u muz do it d rite wae other wise it beats d purpose.........hope i helped
