From last saturday, every night as I go to my bed, I feel a stiffness at any part of my stomach and that stiffness moves. Rest of the stomach is soft. Sometimes, the stiffness disappears also. As the stiffness arrives and moves, it pains. Even the lower back also pains. Is it my baby moving? Never felt the movement so strong before. So I am confused. Before this, I only felt little pin pricking feelings. This is my 21st week of pregnancy. I am little worried. Please help

Firstly...Congratulations :) Am a week ahead of u and I started feeling movements like flutters initially and now I can recognize them. The movements are strongest when I lie down or go to bed at night after dinner. What you are feeling Is just that. Am not sure why the stiffness though - if it' s worrying you, definitely check with your doc. This is not the time to worry, but be happy. Read the book ' what to expecting when you' re expecting' - you' ll find most of you answers and more there. It' s a brilliant book my gynaec suggested, along with few friends who are parents now.
