at 6montths onwards,,or whenever you introduce solids,,..it doesnt matterr on what month you will give what vegies or furits,
-- what matters is the order in which you give,
-- your child responses/if ne towards it,
-- and acceptance of taste, texture and flavour in diff styles that you will be offering the same type of food.

dont worry about compltng the no of vegies and fruits by so and so months,,unles you see the acceptance from your child and whther or not he is ready for the next line of vegies.

at first, i want to know that after you had GD, wat were your child statistics, like wght, hght, at birth and current,,and your child was born on or before due date or ne neother complication wat so ever...

what are his intakes of bm or formula..the reasn why m asking this is if mother is having GD, there is a possibilty that child is on heavier side and whther or not your this complicatn has affectd your child in ne ways,,,all dpends on the stats above..

do reply me with this so that you can ensure healthy diet for your child,,and if at all your child has been somehow effctd by your gd levels..thn the worst cum worst possblity for a child born from gd mother is obesity, other is diabetes,,but its too far to predict about diabetes as of now...,,,
we can avoid atleast the obesity if at all,,its seen in baby wght or intakes..or ne such grwth stats...

thats how i want to go for you.
takecare !

Hi Hetal
First of all I want to say thanks to you for understanding all my concerns and fears. I am really worried and want to be careful with what I am fedding her.
My Baby was born on the due date only. I had a C-sect. My Baby's weight was 3.3 kg.
She is on formula from 4th month onward. she is taking 5 feeds in a day around 150 ml each feed. i m thinking of changing her formula as she is throwing milk after feeds from past one month. i havent changed her formula but still...
Yesterday i gave her rice cereal as I thought i will not receive any reply. She is taking around 2 spoons. She is accepting the solids nicely so far. She is a bit tall as compared to other babies of her age. I think thats from her father's side. She is active and moves her legs very fast when playing or happy. We are also thinking of starting her swimming next month. hope this information is enough. look fwd to ur reply. god bless you n happy new year to u n ur family. plz ignore typo she is in my lap...
