Also we give her warm water after every feed.
Pls. help me with other food items which I should inlcude in her daily schedule & also which I can give whenver possible for me as I'm a working woman & my m'law takes care of my daught.

Hetal replied. its not low,,its ok ! she is 200-400grams less, which is fine ! drs are ok to compromise for upto 700grams...
all can be achieved no problem,,,after this month,,your child will be ready for fat, proteins and she will pick up by then....just make sure she is taking her diet as she is expected to do and make sure to include in her diet as below..
http://www.indiaparenting.com/boards/showmessage.cgi?messageid=7329&table_name=dis_feeding
you will get all details therein...
i dont see many things in her diet,,so include them,,,check the post above and it has it all !!!!!!!!!
since you have a caregiver/inlaws at home to take care of feeding foods,,,all you can do is introduce new food on saturday(if its holiday for you)or ne light foods in evenings,,or rather on sunday(if its holiday for you,,or on ne other day when you are present),,,so that your caregivers know how to offer that particular food at wat time, and how and all....rest since its your inlaws/elders,,she/they will know better thn i or you will know about feeding the baby ! so i am not much worried....
good luck !
