Planning a Baby  Discussion Forum

I have been try since 3.5 years.My close friend who got married 3 months bofore told me today about her pregnancy. I felt good for her but I can't help feeling bad for myself.She does not want the child yet but God has given it to her.I was so depressed that I was not able to sleep that night.Just wanted to share it with all of you.Does it means I am a bad woman? S M replied. Nope you are definitely not a bad person.All of us in ttc go thru this problem as in everybody else falling pregnant but us.
The apartments that we stayed in there were 4 families in all and 3 of them were pregnant excepting me,all three of them pregnant 1 month apart.
It was so heartbreaking to live there looking at all of them and giving them a smile or exchanging pleasantries.
Don't worry too much dear,the deeper we get into the obsession of ttc the more people we observe falling pregnant around us.
I know that our relatives and friends do not make it any easier ,but how much and how long do we cry.
You will GET PREGNANT believe this,no matter 20 pregnant people around us or even a 100.
Always remember there is a date,a time,and that special surprise,that day is going to be only yours and no matter how much ever we worry that day is not going to change.The day you get the news that you are pregnant you are going to cry but this time it will be a cry of joy.I also know every day that goes by you are getting that close to that special day.
Keep that faith in your heart alive.And with all such wonderful friends like Kshama,karishma,raji,hopeinme and many more on this board you will always have the much needed support and strength to get thru this difficult journey.

hey u know GOD has picked some people to whom blessing of child is given after they suffer a lot. Some(no most of them) are very very lucky in getting pregnant. We can't do anything about that. Just to wait for our turn. I know my friend call me to tell that she gor pregnant the same month they started trying. U know how it felt on me, a huge rock on heart. I have come to one conclusion that i have to still suffer a lot to get pregnant and i cannot compare myself with others. They do get pregnant whenever they want. But not some people.
Have Hope dear, just hope that u would get u'r best some day.

i know wat ur goin through coz i have one throuh the same situation many times.....and that too many........my cousins as soon as they r ettin married they r poppin upto to be preggy.itz hard to believe that od is bein rude to us by not givin us a child wen we need them the MOST butwe can do no thin bout this and this is the worst part of ttc....have faith in god and urself.this is the testing time for all of us and we will o through this soon and discuss our babies someday...truly.......all the best and babydust to all raji replied. I truly understand your situation. I feel very sad, whenever i heard people saying that they got preg and they don't want the kid, they got preg in 2 months of marriage, some have carried the pregrancy, some have terminated. I always wonder, why god plays with ppl like this, one who wants so dearly was deprived and one who doesn't want it, was granted. You are not a bad woman, you are a normal woman and it's a natural reaction. Try to divert your mind and stay away with the concerned people till you feel better. Our kids would be really lucky to have us as their parents, as we know the value and pain in bringing them to the world. i truly sympathise with ur condition. I am going thru this time and again, but wat to do. I feel God has something special in store for people like us. Some MIRACLE is in the making.

I know it will still be in our mind, but wat can one do!!!

Try to do some reading etc and let not ur mind wander into things like this.

I know its easier said than done. While i am writing this to you, i am trying to make up my mind regarding the same. Am also trying to console my own self.

Dont feel bad dear, God is seeing us. He has put us into this situation and he will surely get us out of it.

It wont b too long for all of us to stay in ttc board.

Dont worry and pls. stay positive.
