I am mother of a two year old.I have always been working, hence four months post delivery i rejoined my work. But i find its very difficult coping up both the responsibilities. I am an ambitious person and it would be mean on my part if i think of quitting a job and be a housewife. My husband recently gave me an idea of starting a day care, as we being both working encounter the problem of keeping our daughter inthe creche, which is not very much as per our requirement. Moreover, mentally we are very disturbed when we leave her at thecreche. Tharts because there is a lot of difference when i see her at home witha maid and when i leave her at teh creche. At home she is very comfoortable, but unfortunately the maid has left and we arent finding a suitable maid to look after her.
What do you all think of this suggestion. I like it, but i want to know the pros and cons from others about it.

its a pretty good idea... u can hire a couple of maids and then u need to supervise them and ofcourse provide a conducive environment for the kids.. Also u can expand it further by makin git a play school cum day care centre...
where are u planning to open it ...
