Trying since long:Empty sac in Ultrasound
2006-07-20
Name: Uma s

I was tryng for past 6 months.
I got +ve pergnancy result this month.

I had ultrasound test yest.

Today morning I spotted blood and tissue.
Vn I called Doctor she told in ultrasound itself i had only emptysac and now i had miscarried.

everything changed in oneday. Its really very painfull.

As soon as I tested +ve pregnancy I told my parents and relatives the good news to them since they were asking for that for a long time. But I don't know how I am going to tell this news to them.Since i have to tell this to them now the pain doubles.

Vn i saw preg. result +Ve i thought hereafter happiness only.
But now i think 100% we will have happiness only vn the baby smiles in our hand.
Till then tension only i think so.

I am very sorry to hear about it. its hard to console in words but i am sure u will conceive again in no time but i am surprised that when u had ur ultrasound u were not told about it. u would know it right away in the screen that u see. the doctor tells u about it the next day when u called her? dont worry. take care. god is with us. good luck

Dear Uma,
I am so sorry about what happened. Pl don't lose hope. If u got pregnant once, u'll surely conceive again and will have a healthy baby in your arms soon. I conceived immediately after I had an early miscarriage. Kshama is right. Sometimes pregnancies end this way if they aren't healthy.
Take care.

dear Uma,
im very sorry to hear about the loss. it looks like u had a blighted ovum. that happens in 20% of all first pregnancies. mine also ended that way but i came to know about it at 10 weeks after i spotted. in india they do u/s around that time only. i had also told all far off relatives and a few friends and breaking the news to them was painful as most of them said all the wrong things to me, not bcoz they wanted to hurt me, but bcoz they were not aware of my feelings.
i know how u feel. it has changed ur life for ever. but with time u will get over it, like i did. im carrying twins now and im always scared of losing them but thats normal. its normal to be scared and to grieve for a baby we lost. it may just be a pregnancy for the docs but for us its a baby, our baby.
take rest.
feel free to share ur feelings on this board. im with u and im sure so is everyone else.
hugs and prayers,
pari.
