Naveena ,I will tell u what diet i followed.In the morning breakfast i had one glass skim milk with one slice whole wheat bread or cornflakes.On weekends only i have poha/besan chilla,moong chilla/mooli parantha.Then around 11am i have some boiled grams or moong gram sprouts and one fruit.Then in lunch i have two chapatis ,one curry and curd(home made).Then i take one glass fresh fruit juice without added sugar preferably carrot.I read somewhere carrot juice helps in regularising period.In the evening i have some murmura,digestive marie biscuit,cucumber etc.In the dinner i have one chapati and curry.I avoid potato,rice,banana,fries and sweets.I try to have more karela,black gram,palak,methi,lauki,torai.I am strict vegetarian so no eggs.Earlier i was frequently having samosa chat,panipuri,icecreams pastry,now i have stopped all this,means i have once in a month or 2.I walk regularly 30-40 minutes.As i am working so not having time to go to gym or exercise,but planning to do exercise/ yoga at home.But i am not able to reduce now,where is the scope in diet,pls suggest.I was also having craving for carbs,but now i feel if u have 5-6 small meals well distributed over whole day,u won't crave for carbs,try it. U have really controlled diet, indeed.
But if you want to loose weight, try doing exercise also, as walking wont give you fast result for weight loss. As you are working, you wont get much spare time. You can cut-down time from your walking, and do work outs.
say, instead of walking for 40 mins, exercise for 20 mins and go for walking for 20 mins.
Jst felt like suggesting these things.

may be u have to exercisebut u said u are woking so it's difficult may be increase the duration of walk or do Surya namaskarams(Yoga)which are good.
I used to do them before and good amount of exercise anf food control in india when doctor told me to lose weight.
But after i got preggy and after she was born ,i have been careless and now i have so much abdominal fat.
One think is read is u should not have more abdominal fat (they say it's makes conception difficult and after 2 miscarriages it was getting worst for me).I have replied in the previous post to u and also added my Id,If u can mail me we can be in touch from there too.
So wat does ur doctor say??
Where do u live?I live in US.
