Hi all
Usha -thanks for ur detailed reply on the diet part.
The thing is i try level best to diet and exercise,but when i crave i just forget and eat in bulk,which makes the net effect zero.
I lack to control or resistance and that is the main culprit,like this weekend i got junk food and have been eating.
So though i exercised and then i eat so all this effort does not even reduce few pounds.I know i am the one to be blamed for all this,then i think why don't i have the determination and feel depressed abt all this.
it woild have been nice if there was weight loss forum on Ip board.
We could motivate and help each other and lose weight together
