Feeding:Frequent stools help needed

Hello,

My Baby girl is 11 month old.For past few days she is having frequent stools.She passes as soon as she is fed either solid/B.milk.She is also losing appetite.Earlier she used to have 4 solid feedings in a day with b.milk/formula in betwen.but now she is very cranky.she doesnt take more than 3-4 spoons.The only new in her feeding is milk biscuits.but i have been giving marie biscuits since she was 6 month old.

The only medication she is taking is Zincovit (for past 2month).Her Doc advised to give Zincovit as she didnt teeth till 9 month.Now as 4 teeths.

My other main concern is that she doesnt drink water now-a-days.

pls advise.
