am new to this group.me and my husband have started working towards having a baby. have one question to this.i have been getting my periods very regularly. the cycle is 26-28 days.But the first 2 days of my periods are very very light.i can actually do away without a napkin. Its kind of an indication. my actual flow starts only on the 3rd day and then it lasts for 2-3 days more.This is going on for the past 7-8 years.Am confused as to which is the 1st day i should consider so that i can work out my right ovulation time.
Please help me with this.

The day of full flow is considered to be the first day, I also hav the same thing then my Gyn.told me this.
So ur 3rd day is considreed to be ur 1st day. And calculate the ovulation days accordingly.
