Hi

My 3 year old son has moderate eczema and through blood test ,it was found that he is allergic to dairy, wheat, lentil, chicken, fish( moderate for these) and eggs ( severe). As such I have very limited things I can offer him to eat.
He is a very picky eater too.

I need some suggestion regarding food.Ihave seen here everybody using ragi , does that comes under wheat category? He gets bored eating rice , so what other flour can I use for making roti/paratha.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
raagi is not in wheat category,,its millet..a compltly diff grain.
you can try offering quinoa, soy flour, whole corn flour, rice flour and oat flour..if at all your baby is not allergic to these foods...
as to what i know, dairy, wheat, lentils, chicken all has protein,,so is your baby allergic to proteins,,if so, soy products are not a good options either ?
m sure blood test must have revealed the type of nutrient that he is allergic to...accordngly i will be able to help you,,meanwhile, like i mentnd above, you can try offerng the food made of above flours.
good luck
