Hetal replied. start your baby to formula which is for 12-24/36months,,and see if she accepts it,,,and you can take good stock with you to india,,so that your baby doesnt need to rely on indian milk and it becomes easy for you.
ask your airlines, if they have cows milk or just creme is available is the flight..if they have cows milk you can order one some 45min prior to his feeding time and ask them to heat it for you..make sure to keep enough time to let the hot milk come to warm milk, sometimes they give it hot instead of warm !
take her vaccnatn card along with you and if you have time, make a visit to your dr and ask about the medical reports if they can give you a copy of it,,
make sure to ask your dr about ne other shots to be given as in india lots of infections, diseases are going on in diff states and if your state of travel comes in some disease or sickness zone,,your child might need one shot or some medicine to be given ahead of time of travel until you reach there...
also, you can pack in your cabin bag, some gerber jars,,they are quite handy,,and thats all i can help you regarding this,,as i didnt travel recently..
take store packed tylnol with you in your carry bag and m not sure other things will be allowed or not,,call your airlines,,singapore airlines are pretty friendly people to my notice,,so m sure they will tell you..
prefer to carry only one big sized bag pack,,as you will be taking care of your child,,diapers just enough for your travel (rest you can put them in your luggage), extra pair of clothes for your child, and his basic needs..take some snacks like toddler biscuits and so,,,offerthose during take off and landing..
so thats all i will be able to help you,,you can put the same question to diff boards and get latest inputs from other members,,its been a while i travel so i wont be of much help to you...
and forget about people when your baby cries..you are not going to meet them in your entire life unless they happen to come across you by some instance,,so you shouldnt be worried about them..whenver your child gets fussy take him to restroom,,put on the tap and talk to him in the mirror,,,he will settle,,most of the times kids crying because they know they have audience to listen,,so take them away from audience,,settle him to place where there are least people..restroom is the best place !
good luck and you have a very happy journey...
