I have a son who is 7 yrs and studying in class 2. He is a hyper active child and like only to play, watch TV. When asked to study there is resitance and with great difficulty we have to get him into the mood of studying. He does not listen to any instruction given to him. He gets distracted very soon. It becomes very difficult for me to teach him. He forgets even small spellings he has learnt. He is not through with phonetics. I am really worried for my son. I want to help him. I beat him b' cose I cannot digest that he cannot remember such small spellings also. Sometimes, he will score 10/10 and sometime it will be 1/10. I really don' t understand what the problem is . Anybody please suggest how I can help him. Rajee replied. I have a son who is 22 months old who had been diagnosed to have a Delay in language and communication.He has not started talking and does not understand what we talk.Autism had been almost ruled out.we have been advised to go for an early intervention program for some time and depending upon his picking up, enrol him in a montessori set up play school.Can anyone pls suggest any centres for early intervention centre as well as a psychologist for my son. My son is 18 months old.He is very attached and fascinated by his father.In today' s scenario my mother in law is a last stage cancer patient so my husband sleeps in her room at night.My husband makes my son sleep with me at night and and then goes to sleep in her room.But at night my son gets up and looks for him on not finding his father he cries and looks for him and goes and sleep with him.At first place, Should I make him sleep with my husband at night?I am worried what he starts feeling that my father leaves me at night and goes and sleeps in another room.My son doesnot related him self too much with me.He comes to me only when my husband is not around.what do i do???? abi replied.
