Hi,

This is the way i prepare cheese cauli bake - I cut cauliflower into small florets and boil it with little water and salt till soft. Separately in a pan, take butter and fry 1 tbsp cornflour for a min and add 1 cup milk and keep stirring well so no lumps are formed. Now add cheese and cauliflower and cook on slow for 2 mins. It becomes really yummy and this dish can be eaten by adults also. You can add cooked potatoes also in the bake or carrots or french beans also instead of cauliflower.

Bye.

Hi,

My son is 24 months old and he eats all his meals quite well. This is my feeding schedule for my son
Morning 1 full bowl of porridge i.e. milk with either suji, powdered cornflakes, raagi or oats
Afternoon daal, rice and chicken or veg
Evening again 1 porridge with milk or 1 fruit with milk like milk shake
Night either potato puree and cheese or rice and dal, cauliflower cheese bake or noodels in white sauce. I basically feel that my son is having a well balanced diet.

Why dont u try cheese cauliflower bake or some milk shakes like apple, banana, chickoo milk shake etc as u said she likes milk. Milk is very essential for growing children but a well balanced diet is a must. Trying putting ur child in front of the TV while eating or tell her some interesting stories.

All the best!
