Body and Fitness:Want to loose weight and tone up

Hi,

I am 5 6 and my weight is 132 pounds(60kgs) and my current goal is to get to 120 pounds (54.5kgs)

I have started exercising 5 days a week and started the following diet.

1. Morning breakfast - 1 oatmeal bar + tea
2. If hungry before lunch, have a plum/peach
3. After 4 light multigrain bread slices & a vegetarian curry
5. Evening have a snack or cereal bar or fruit
6. Dinner have 2 bread slices and veg curry.

I feel I am restricting myself a lot. Do tell me if there is an indian vegetarian diet that I will be able to stick too and still achieve my goal.

HI All

I would like to inform you that i have been working on weight loss programe i will give u some tips

1) Cut down all sweets / fats / oil
2) Allocate 1 day in a week when u will not diet this way ur urges will be in control
3) Get up early morning have lots of water atleast 8 glasses force ur self to have it..after that try to self vomit it do this for 1 month, it will clear all ur toxins from ur body and make u fresh.
4) Eat Negative calorie fruits like water melon / apples / guavas / cucumber / carrot
5) Eat a lot of them so u will use calories to digest them.
6) try to walk atleast 10 minutes a day fast walking.

DO NOT SELF VOMIT.
Alifiya is giving you very dangerous advice. Self vomiting is extremely risky and can lead to many serious health problems including anorexia and mouth cancer. "Negative calories" are great, but make sure to eat more than just fruits and vegetables. Your body needs fiber and carbohydrates to function. It also needs protein. Do not force yourself to vomit. Eat healthy foods, and exercise. If you are not able to run, it is OK. Start walking briskly 30 minutes a day. Watch what you eat, stretch properly, and drink water. Make sure that you eat several small meals a day, DO NOT starve yourself. Hope that helps.
