Hello dear please be very sure what you are really looking for and according to me you kids should learn as per their age and in this case we need to understand the age of your kid as we just cannot teach a child aged of five the modern technique of self defense.

Hello madam according to me you should not worry and just teach your kids some basic techniques of self defense and make them understand that they should not talk to strangers and be careful about the same as that is enough for the kid to learn at this point of time.

Hello dear according to me you should put your kid in kick boxing and judo as these are great martial art forms and they also teach the kids how to react in given situation and the kids really become tough and solid so please put your kid in this.
