Hi Farah! Enroll your child in some self defence classes like Karate or Tai Chi. Also, sensitise your kid about personal safety. For instance, tell your child to travel within the group and not accept things or gifts from strangers. My child' s school - Orchids International has safety sessions for children and even conducts interactions and discussions for parents about such tips.

First step towards inducing personal safety skills in your child is, LISTEN to your child.

Know your child’s daily activities and habits.

Listen to what he/she like and what they don’t like.

Encourage open communication. Let your child know he/she can talk to you about any situation.

Reassure your child that his/her safety is your first concern.

Best Play school
Little Kingdom School is the best play school near me that caters to the age group from 2 years onwards with a curriculum based on multiple intelligence. The school has evolved as a success, which focuses on activity-based teaching methodology derived from the IB – PYP program and Reggio Emilia approach.... - Nikita Sharma [View Message]
