I have 31 day cycle. I got ovulution sign on CD-16th day. We had ttc on CD 10, CD 13, CD15, CD 16, CD 17, CD 18, Cd 19. We felit we had really good TTC.

But now I have my period. i am very much disappointed. Is it too much TTC? We were very much optimistic as I got Ovulution sign on Clearblue & we had really good TTC during thoese 2-3 days. I am uterly confused???? 11 11 replied.

Now for this cycle we are plannig to do ttc oe day before ovulution sign ( since my period is pretty regular I kind of know the day) & than for 3 days after ovulution sin in clear blue, is it ok?

Now for this cycle we are plannig to do TTC only one day before ovulution sign (since my period is pretty constant I kind of know when it will happen) & than for 3 days after I get ovulution sign in clearblue. Would it be ok?

Hi,

You did TTC on right days but,I have few things which i knew through a seminar given by RSC to share with you.This is not to disappoint or confuse friends in the board.Though we dont want all this to happen,we gotta be aware of the hard facts...

1.Two lines on OPK doesnt mean that you really ovulated.It's just an indication of LH surge and ovulation is going to follow iin 24hrs.
2.It's not good idea to just rely on OPK if one is very very serious 'cause there may be defective OPK's which we dont know.Only ultrasound can confirm your ovulation.
3.Drs normally advice to have intercourse the day before and also on the day of ovulation( Ofcourse this can be possible only you are able to predict your ovulation days and are sure of it).Too much of sex also doesnt really help to become pregnant as it may affect the sperm count and egg quality.

Once again friends,these are not to disappoint/confuse anyone but said by infertility experts.
We all sail in the same boat counting fingers,thinking will this day atleast bring happiness in my life,remembering friends/neighbours comments on us,
recollecting the face of our neighbour's newborn saw that afternoon and longing for our own etc etc and as well having unromantic,materialized TTC with husband,just beacuse it MAY be the right day...Hmm...It really hurts...hurts a lot.

Don't worry give it time,sometimes ,it doesn't happen.

I know how frustrating it is when you do everything right and there is no outcome.

Just take it easy.Sometimes it happens.

You will surely get your baby very soon.

hi,what u have done is right?
nothing to worry on whether it is too much or. u have had intercourse on right days.
Evn if u do everything right chances of conceiving is only 27%, so do not worry try for next time. U may hit sucess next cycel
