Hi
My daughter is going to be 4 months old. I want to know if I start banana. How much should I feed her everyday? should I feed her for lunch or later in the evening?

hi there,
when it comes to foods like banana, curd, or citrus foods,,always offer in after noon times ! thats the best time to introduce these foods..

nd the other good time is brunch time,,never offer as breakfast,,breakfast is imp meal of the day, let it contain real foods than just fruits,,fruits are additivies and should be given in brunches or late noons..

banana should be ripe,1-2tbls of mashed banana for 4 month old, is great to start with.

good luck

hai!!
there is noharm in starting with 2 bites (less than half of medium sized banana)for a 4 month old.
start with small amount ans slowly.its better to feed in between her evening time(when she will play for some/be awake for sometime).tht way u can test if her system digests it.if she is getting o with it u can start giving it in morning along with breakfast time.in 3 or 4 days u can get knw ifshe is okwith it or not.
regards
tm !!
