I have a 4 month old daughter.. She is on formula milk since 2 months. She just used to take my feed during the night when ever she woke up. Till abt when she was 3 months old she used to sleep at 10:30 or 11 at night and then wake up 2 times or at max 3 times during night for feed. She used to take my feed while lying on my side and then sleep on her own. Finally she used to wake up at 7:30 in the morning, after which I give her formula milk. Now my milk supply is diminishing day by day and I feel that she gets up more often
during the night(abt 4-5 times). I guess it may be becuase she is not getting satisfied with my feed.. Please suggest that should I give formula milk in the middle of the night also so that she sleeps for longer duration.

i faced a similar problem.now my son is 6 months old.try to feed her 6-7 ounce milk while she is trying to sleep.start making a schedule for her.by 10:30 make her drink milk.she will not wake up for 3-4 hours.then again feed her 4-5 ounces.she will sleep sound.if ur feed is not suffiecient please do not breast feed during night.let her drink the formula or milk.u can feed her throughtout the day.she will stay satisfied.
