Feeding:Gerber Strained baby food

I have come across 'Gerber strained food' for babies, i.e., mixed veg, mixed fruit, broccoli, etc.etc., I could not find any instructions on the bottle. Someone please help me to know whether this can be given without diluting or not. My son is 14 months old.

ok for 14months, without ne mixing of water..offer with cereals, rice and roti pieces,,,
try offering fresh boiled vegetables to your 14months old ! its always better to give fresh than bottled.

also check my post to SINI,just below yours,,your both the kids are above 1 year,so they are ready for most of the vegetables and fruits,,and also the family foods n mild spicesss...
for watever you give, always give your baby time to accept it and react to it, by 3-4 days,,or according to your baby responsive periods..

Please let me know what vegetables to give him. I can't think more than potato, carrot, beetroot. Please suggest some more.
