Foetal Growth Movements:low haemoglobin

Hi,
My heamoglobin level is 12.6. I would like to bring it up....just to be on the safer side.
Kindly suggest some foods that will help me do so.

My himoglobin level was also lower than normal. My doctor prescribed some iron vitamins and it went up once I started using them.

dont wrry have Dates,kismiss,apricot soak them in water for the whole night and takem them early morning before the bkfast u will be fine.

hi pearl actually ur level is pretty normal mine is 12.4 but if u want to bring it up u could try mama protinex powder have it seperately or mixed with mothers horlicks also u could try taking raricap combi pills they have all the necessary supplements. ru pregnant already if yes dont worry about small stuff just njoy and be cheerful.
