Hello Hetal and Everyone,
I have a 2.5 yr old son. He is very fussy abt food. He prefers to eat mashed food, does not chew properly and does not eat by himself. I have to feed him.
And I am working also. So I don't get really time to train him properly.
Please give some suggestions of interesting food items that will motivate my son to eat by himself, properly chewing solid food.
I desperately need some advise now, as my son has started losing weight recently.
Please reply.

Hetal replied. atfirst,,,since you are working, the time spend on your baby on personal basis for ne training,,, i assume,,,, will be less..so we have to work out something seperately for him...
secondly, please let me know how many meals per day,,you are able to spend with your son,,some timings or so..,,is it breakfast or dinner only ? weekends,,
his prefereces can be changed with your efforts or someone from family..there are very few caregivers and daycares that personally teach these things,,also let me know about his number of meals per day,,
also, lets go by his personal fav first,,let me know what your baby eats first,,and it will easier for us to work out.
generally a 2.5year old is expected to eat atleast 3meals a day and 1 snack..
let me know, i will try my best to work out something for your lil one.
take care, good luck.
