I have little confusion regarding OPK kit.

I have 31 day cycle & accoridng to kit I should start testing on CD14. Anyway I started testing on CD10. For CD10, CD11 test line was lighter than reference line. on Cd12 it was little bit darker (but I thought not as dark as reference line as I don't do this test reqularly). On CD13 & CD14 it was lighter than what it was on CD12.

Does that mean I might have had High LH surge on CD12? This is my CD14 day, should I continue testing & I might get LH surge later on? Till what time I should test? Or am I testing it wrong,?I don't take liquid for 2-3 hours prior to testing.

Please reply ASAP.

yes u r right second urine means not first urine. U can check one time a day that is fine, check some time in afternoon. If reference was also lighter i guess u did not test correctly

U maight probably get LH surge on CD15 or CD 16th. If it is lighter then refrence line then it does not indicate LH surge, and compare the results with previous day or next day. It is only the first day when u get the line equal to or darker then refrence line, then it indicates LH and u would probably ovulate in next 24 or 48 hours. So u should check daily.
Check till CD 17 as u have 31 day cycly.
u should test with second urine.
